MANILA, Philippines - Space will always be an issue for most condo dwellers in the city, especially those who are used to living in an expansive house and lot setting. Having designated areas like a huge living room, a welcoming dining room, a garden or lanai, and even a den or family room makes it possible to conduct different activities either collectively or in private.

When they do move to a high-rise home, residents tend to miss those extra spaces. There is not much to wander around in but the four corners of their unit. There are minimum or even no partitions that separate areas and its functions. In effect, residents often feel boxed in, with little choice left but to cope with such condition because of the need to reside in an urban address.

For residents of Dansalan Garden Condominiums in Mandaluyong City however, a unit purchase does not only entitle them to a condo unit; it offers them access to more spaces in the common areas, from the ground floor and all the way up to the topmost level of their building. Developed by DMCI Homes, Dansalan Garden’s latest tower, Paloverde, boasts of its own Sky Lounge as a premium amenity that residents can fully utilize for their various needs.

The Sky Lounge can serve as a virtual extension of their living room. There, residents can invite friends over for a snack or coffee while catching up. With a number of segregated seating areas that exude elegance and comfort, anyone can easily feel right at home. Planned efficiently, there are couches that can fit groups and armchairs suited for intimate conversation. One can even go there and enjoy privacy and quiet to read a book, surf the net, study or work, or just sit comfortably while enjoying the magnificent views of the cityscape.

Located at the corner quadrant of the 31st floor of Paloverde Tower, the Sky Lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy the view from the top. Glass windows frame the stunning backdrops around the metro, each one a different picture of a vast panorama: the Makati CBD and Bonifacio Global City’s modern silhouette of skyscrapers on the west, and the engrossing horizon of Manila Bay on the east.

Covering a floor area of 139 sqm, the Sky Lounge even offers its own Sky Lounge Bar, a classy nook where residents and their guests can enjoy drinks and snacks. This also means that the whole venue can be reserved by residents for corporate and social events, with ample facilities for banquet services and other event requirements.

DMCI Homes is the country’s premier triple A builder-developer that brings serviced, themed communities within reach of urban families who once had limited residential options, but still aspire to achieve a comfortable, enriching quality of life proximate to their place of interest.
