How to Book

Requirements to Book the Condominium Unit:

1. Pay the Reservation Fee to secure the booking. This fee is deductible from the Rental Rate.

2. Payment Options:

3. For Short Term Rental: Settle the balance and Security Bond two (2) weeks before the move-in date. In the event that the booking is made less than 2 weeks before the date of occupancy, both the Rental Fee and Security Bond must be paid in full.

 

4. For Long Term Rental: The following must be submitted two (2) weeks prior to move-in
