La Verti Residence:
A refreshing place where nature and contemporary living meet in the side of Pasay City.

MANILA, Philippines - After celebrating a decade of growth as a leading developer of quality-crafted residential projects, DMCI Homes enters its 10th year by further expanding to other areas around the metro and reaching out to the underserved market of young, Filipino families with modest income.

The company’s latest project is also their first to rise in Pasay City. Dubbed as “La Verti Residences”, the two-tower, high-rise community will offer the signature DMCI Homes advantages that have established its reputation in the industry as a reliable provider of medium-density, resort-type communities with generous open spaces, first-rate amenities, and building features.

As residents and upgraders of Taguig, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Las Pinas, and Paranaque can attest to, a DMCI Homes development in Pasay City shall rise as a well-admired and prestigious address that will carry the DMCI brand of construction quality. La Verti Residences’ location advantages puts it right along Donada Street on the west and Taft Avenue on the east and will emerge amidst the area as an impressive architectural landmark.

Reynaldo Salazar, Director for Business Development, said that the former owners of the one-hectare property decided to sell their lots to DMCI Homes after being convinced about the developer’s thrust and mission as a builder-developer.

“We explained to them our mission which is to help young families to afford a lot in Manila. The Pasay-Taft-Manila area has a number of condominium developments catering to students, foreigners, and the investors, but most of them are studio and one-bedroom unit types. These projects usually offer commercial components but are limited when it comes to open spaces and amenities. In effect, the residents have to endure the constrictive effects of urban living,” Salazar noted.

The high-rise towers of La Verti Residences will rise to 41-storeys each – 35 floors of which will be devoted to residential units with six levels allotted for parking. An innovative mix of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units will be offered for a competitive price range of P1.8 to P5 million.

Existing condo developments in Pasay mostly offer cramped units from 20 to 60 sqm floor areas. At La Verti Residences, unit owners can enjoy a comfortable daily lifestyle at the efficiently-spaced units. The studio unit with balcony is at 24 sqm, the 1-bedroom is at 31 sqm, the 2-bedroom is at 48 sqm, and the 3-bedroom end unit is at 66 sqm.

The two towers however will comprise only 40 percent of the building footprint. The rest is reserved for the open spaces to be composed of extensive top-class, resort-type ground-level amenities including a swimming pool, basketball court, tree court, gazebos, among other leisure features, as implied by the “refreshing” name of the development.

DMCI Homes is the country’s premier triple A builder-developer that brings serviced, themed communities within reach of urban families who once had limited residential options, but still aspire to achieve a comfortable, enriching quality of life proximate to their place of interest.
