A. TIFTON (TOWER 1)

1. SELL OUT PROMO:

To sell out Tifton Tower in time for the commencement of turnover this year, the following discounts shall be offered:

1-Bedroom (excluding penthouse units) 5% 5%
2-Bedroom (excluding penthouse units) 10% 12%
3-Bedroom (excluding penthouse units) - 5%

*CURRENT PRICING offered shall be used


B. BAHIA (TOWER 2)

1. CITY VIEW UNITS PROMO:

Discount shall be offered on the following units on top of the standard discounts.

31st to 39th 21 to 35 2%

*NO DISCOUNT shall be offered for the PENTHOUSE CITY VIEW UNITS.

 
2. 2-BEDROOM VAT PROMO:

For 2-Bedroom Units, on top of the regular discounts, a 12% DISCOUNT to offset VAT charges shall be given. Computation of the price shall be:

New TLP (after applicable discounts) = Current TLP – 12% discount + 12% VAT +5.5 Other Charges
 

C. TIFTON (Tower 1), BAHIA (Tower 2) & BERMUDA (Tower 3)

1. 1% PROMO: For each booked sale ONLY on our OPEN HOUSE events EXCLUDING TOWER 2 CITY VIEW UNITS & 2-BR UNITS, the buyer will be granted a 1% DISCOUNT on top of the standard discounts.

2. STAGGERED RESERVATION PROMO: The initial; Reservation Fee (RF) payment shall be Php15,000.00. The RF balance of Php10,000.00 shall be paid with the first two (2) monthly amortizations.
