Since venturing into the property market seven years ago, SM Residences, the brand for SM Development Corp.'s residential projects, remains true to its vision to transform Filipino lifestyles through its five-star quality residential units. These complement the chic lifestyle they aspire for, which consequently gives them greater value for their investment.

SM Residences has communicated this luxurious lifestyle to its target market by using fashion in selling its high-quality properties. Only recently, the company again partnered with the Philippine Fashion Week to stage a one-night runway show at the SMX Convention Center, featuring stylish creations by Ronaldo Arnaldo, Gerry Katigbak, Audie Espino, Lyle Ibañez and Raoul Ramirez.

The Philippine Fashion Week is the biggest gathering of the country's best designers and fashion brands that molds the future of fashion.

For its glamorous fashion spread, designers Odelon Simpao, Lizanne Cua and Jeffrey Rogador took inspiration from the same urbanite lifestyle evoked by SM Residences' residential units. Styled by John Lozano and photographed by Dix Perez, the images of condo living featured models Gisselle Paqueo, Michelle Panemanglor and Marc Nash of Cal-Carries International, with Al de Leon as make-up artist and Paulo Lopez as hairstylist.

Witnessed by a high profile audience, the event provided an ideal platform for SM Residences to showcase its properties like Princeton Residences in New Manila, Jazz Residences on Jupiter Street in Makati and Field Residences in Sucat.

Princeton Residences offers accessibility and convenience as it sits right beside the LRT2 Gilmore Station. Offering 40-stories of chic, urban living, its proximity to St. Paul University makes it ideal for students to experience a home-and-school convenience. The property is also just around the corner of Gilmore's cyber hub and only a few minutes away from the bustling shopping centers of Greenhills and Araneta and the restaurant row of Tomas Morato.

Jazz Residences, on the other hand, is just a stroll away from Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue in Makati City the country's premier business district. Its proximity to Makati affords residents the chance to enjoy restaurants and bars.

The project features 41-storey buildings, each offering a view of the cityscape. Residents can choose among four different one-bedroom or two-bedroom units.

Finally, Field Residences boasts of spaces that help residents unleash their creativity, play and live.

Located behind SM City Sucat, it showcases a modern, tropical design that encompasses an entire residential condominium village complemented by amenities for a well-balanced lifestyle. Presenting eight hectares where 10 mid-rise buildings will rise, it will feature gardens, pools, pathways and a vast landscape that lets kids safely run around and play.

Other SM Residences projects include the 35-story Berkeley Residences along Katipunan Avenue, right across Miriam College and Ateneo de Manila University; the French Mediterranean-inspired Chateau Elysée near SM City Bicutan; Lindenwood Residences in Susana Heights; Mezza Residences near SM City Sta. Mesa; Sea Residences at the Mall of Asia Complex; Grass Residences near SM North EDSA; Sun Residences on the Manila and Quezon City boundary; Wind Residences in Tagaytay and Light Residences in Mandaluyong City.
