Payment Terms

Minimum Downpayment

Ivory Wood requires a 30% minimum downpayment for units facing amenities / 20% for back facing units, payable over construction period with a reservation fee of Php 20,000 for residential units and Php 10,000 for parking units..

Discount

Depending on the payment term, various discounts are applied. Additional 2% PDC discount is given also provided complete documents and PDCs are submtted within 30 days from reservation date.

Balance
 
Balance may be settled through in-house or bank financing.
