MOVE IN AT 10% Down Payment,
Next 10% Down Payment Payable over 12 months without interest,
80% Balance can be paid through Pag-Ibig, In House or Bank Financing.

Payment Scheme
effective September 15, 2011 until October 31, 2011

In order to sell out the remaining invenrory, the following promotional payment scheme is offered:
  • 5% Spot, 5% in 3 months, 90% In House Financing
This promo is applicable to all residential units including re-opened units.
Conditions on the Payment Promo:
1. Only the 2% PDC discount may be applied on the promotional scheme.
2. For clients who opt to move-in upon full payment of the 5% DP, notarized DOU shall be submitted upon closing of account.
3. Initial documentation shall be under In-House financing term. Howevet, buyer has an option to convert to Bank Financing term before the last DP, subject to all existing requirements and procedures of the bank financing term.
