  • Cash Payment  - 10% discount if paid within one month from reservation date
  • In-House Financing
        Downpayment choice between 30% and 40% with 4% and 5% discount respectively spread over construction period. Minimum downpayment of 10%. Balance Payable from 1-5 year and 10 year terms (in-house interest rates apply)
  • Bank Financing
             Through partner banks, available in 5, 10 and 15 year terms (bank interest rates apply)

20% DP payable in 30 months @ 0% interest, 80% In House Financing
 
Guidelines on the Promo Term:
