DMCI Homes, Kensington bring prestigious New Manila residence with The Amaryllis

MANILA, Philippines - Officials of premium residential builder DMCI Homes and property owner Kensington Management Corp. (KMC) have broken ground for the newest upscale residence in prestigious New Manila, The Amaryllis.

DMCI Homes and Kensington Management Corp. officials gives the thumbs up after the ceremonial lowering of the time capsule during the recent groundbreaking of the Amaryllis, the newest development project of DMCI Homes in New Manila, Quezon City.

From DMCI Homes were director for design and construction Elmer G. Civil, head for project development Alma C. Florendo, director for business development Reynaldo C. Salazar, director for operations and head of finance Ramil B. Lombos and president Alfredo R. Austria. From Kensington Management Corp. were senior vice president and chief operating officer Ricardo R. Floirendo, senior vice president and special assistant to the chair of the board Linda F. Lagdameo, vice president Ma. Cristina F. Brias, director Ma. Theresa R. Floirendo and Ninita Floirendo.

The Amaryllis is a low-density, Modern Tropical-themed enclave ideal for young start-up families with discriminating taste and seeking to live in a secure, exclusive, and serviced condominium community that is also within reach of the city’s business and commercial hubs. The 22-storey tower comprise 450 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom units ranging in size from 48 square meters to 86 square meters.
