DMCI presents advantage of location in Cypress Towers

For many homebuyers, location is an important thing to consider when choosing an address.

To cope with the fast pace of urban living, single professionals and young families need to reside in a home that is accessible to everything. All it takes is a few minutes and one can be late for an important appointment or schedule, so daily travel time whether via public commute or private vehicle should be convenient.

This is the reason why Makati, Ortigas, and now Taguig, are popular, not only for their business and commercial districts, but also for the residential properties the districts offer. This is also the reason why land value and rental rates skyrocket in these areas. For the market of homeseekers with modest income, it has become a dilemma to search for a value-laden property where they can enjoy the advantage of both location and affordability.

One project aims to address these requirements. Cypress Towers by DMCI Homes is strategically located along C-5 Road beside Diego Silang Road – within a five-km radius of Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and the Makati CBD. This central location puts the property near destinations such as Market! Market!, Ortigas Center, and the NAIA Airport Terminals, along with schools, churches, and other institutions.

Given the benefit of a good address, residents get the incentive of not having to worry about waking up very early just for the daily morning rush. The extra time then entitles them to savor mornings and spend quality moments with the family.

Going to Cypress Towers is likewise convenient. There are three major routes to choose from: coming from EDSA, they can go straight to McKinley Road, pass by South Forbes Park, take a right at Lawton Ave., then another at Bayani Road. Upon reaching C-5, they can take a left then go straight.

’ entrance gate is just after the Petron station.

From SLEX, they can take C-5 then go straight to reach Cypress Towers entrance gate. And from Ortigas, they can take C-5 then go straight, passing by Market! Market! A U-turn is taken upon reaching Bayani Road, which then leads to the entrance gate.

Aside from the location advantage, more value-for-money features are offered at Cypress Towers. Despite its prime location, units here are affordable than those found within BGC. In fact, the price of a studio unit in Makati and BGC will already buy a working professional a two-bedroom unit at Cypress Towers.

Located on a 10,700-sqm area, Cypress Towers is comprised of three buildings: Belmira, Celesta, and Altiva. These high-rise towers feature a unique pinwheel building configuration that was designed to utilize space efficiently.

Residents also get to enjoy first-rate, resort-type amenities strategically placed around the complex. These include a swimming pool at the ground floor, multi-purpose function area and al fresco dining at Belmira tower. The fifth level of Celesta features a children’s playground, spa, and podium gazebo where residents can lounge in style.

Altiva, on the other hand, has a fitness gym and sky lounge that offers stunning views of the skyline.

All these amenities are maintained by the Property Management Office (PMO).
