2. In-House Financing
    20% Down Payment - 0% discount
    30% Down Payment - 4% discount
    40% Down Payment - 5% discount
    50% Down Payment - 6% discount

3. Direct Bank Financing
    20% Down Payment - 2% discount
    30% Down Payment - 6% discount
    40% Down Payment - 7% discount
    50% Down Payment - 8% discount

Special Promo for IRIS Building (RFO March 2013)
Effective July 15, 2011 to October 15, 2011
  • 20% DP payable in 30 months @ 0% interest, 80% In House Financing
Guidelines:
1. 80% In-House - subject to applicable interest
2. No Regular Discount on the promo term, only the 2% PDC discount may be applied

TGR Hibiscus Tower - Adjustment in RFO Date & Payment Term
Effective August 1, 2011

RFO date of Hibiscus Tower residential units in TGR is moved earlier to Sept 2013.
The 15% downpayment payment term may now be availed of. However, the 2.5% discount shall not be applicable.
