DMCI Homes unveils Rhapsody Residences Manila Bulletin May 26, 2011, 12:42am MANILA, Philippines — Ample space involves more than just extra areas for storage or enough room to accommodate furniture and other living arrangements. For today’s market of young professionals and start-up families, the need for space is more than a physical issue – it has a lot to do with the social and psychological requirements for exclusivity, breathing space, and comfort, without compromising the homeowner’s lifestyle and family values.
Rhapsody Residences, DMCI Homes’ latest project in Muntinlupa City, caters to this need through an upgraded lifestyle for today’s young professionals and growing families. As the industry leader in “genuine, resort-inspired daily living,” the triple A builder-developer affirms its commitment to provide the only resort-park family condominium village for young families earning modest salaries, who are aspiring for a calmer and unhurried home environment with their children. Among its advantages is the provision of maximized living areas ideal for young families. This feature includes at least nine types of two-bedroom unit configurations for an inventory that offers flexibility and diverse options not common in other projects. Unit areas differ in range from 54 to 77 sqm, all efficiently planned to accommodate the different living requirements of residents. The most number of the total 1,186 units available is pegged at 66.5 sqm, or 34 percent of the entire condo unit inventory. Another advantage of this project is the presence of single-loaded corridors, garden atriums, and scenic elevators, which are standard in every building. This ensures that natural lighting and ventilation are available to all of the residents, promoting a healthier and more natural style of condo living versus other competitors. The project is designed to attract end-users and up-graders from Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, and Pasay , who can benefit from its location. Located along East Service Road in Barangay Buli, Muntinlupa City, the new project offers close proximity to commercial and business districts around Alabang, Taguig, and Makati. The community has the largest amenities area among all DMCI projects, including a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities. Among there are a clubhouse lounge and bar area with Wi-Fi access, function rooms, sky lounge, fitness gym, game room, entertainment room, swimming pool complex with its own kiddie pool, lap pool, lounge pool, and cabanas; basketball court, play court, playground, teahouse, gazebos, parks and gardens, and a jogging path. There is a commercial area selling products needed by the residents, such as a water station, a laundry pick-up station, and a convenience store. This medium-rise residential development will be comprised of nine mid-rise buildings – eight of which will have five levels. Another innovation, a 10-level residential building, will be included within the property to showcase the low-density living possibilities offered by DMCI Homes even in structures higher than five stories.
