Effective up to December 30, 2010

30% Down Payment  in 12 months, zero interest, 70% In-house / Bank Financing

For In-House Financing : Monthly amortization will start on the 13th month from reservation date

For Direct Bank Financing : Loan shall be drawn on or before the 13th month from reservation date

Turnover will be on the 13th month from date of closing

No regular discount for this promo term, only the 2% PDC discount may be applied

Mahogany Place III Payment Term for Re-opened Units

30%  Spot Down Payment, 10% in 12 Months (Construction Period), 60% Balance (In-House or Bank Financing)
Reservation Fee is Php 50,000 with a minimum down payment of 30%.
The 30% minimum DP is not subject to spot DP discount. Only DP over and above 30% will be subject to discount.
